Rodent Control

Have you had a recent mouse or rat sighting? Our experienced pest technicians will perform a thorough inspection of your property to determine how the rodent is entering your home. After the inspection of your home and determining which species we’re dealing with, we’ll create an effective program to keep your home rodent-free.

What We Offer

We employ the Rodent Exclusion Package which simply means our pest control professionals will locate and block rodent holes in the interior and exterior of your home. The cost for this service is typically $259 to $429 for a single home. Then we will install a rodent baiting system designed to kill the rodents in and occasionally outside your home. Our total rodent program usually lasts up to four months, instead of the year(s) most other pest control firms offer. After the Rodent Exclusion Package is in place, it is a wise move to employ our 3 monthly services at $60 to $125 per month to eliminate a rodent infestation.

What To Expect

Our goal is the same as yours; to completely rid your home of rodents and prevent re-infestation. But we need your help: we need you to make sure the rodents cannot eat any of your food or your pet’s food. That is very important and is the second most important reason our rodent program is normally 4 months long. If you remove any food options in the home, they will readily eat our bait…and die.

Occasionally, after we have closed the rodent holes in your home, you may experience more rodent sightings. This is normal as we have prevented them from hiding in their familiar places. This activity will subside in a couple weeks and they will begin to feed. Mice will begin to die within 10-14 days of program start, assuming all alternative food sources have been removed. It is entirely possible for rodents to die in hidden places inside your home, and smell for about a week. However, we have found after servicing well over a thousand homes that you are much more likely to find dead rodents in the middle of your floor, not under or behind furniture. Often you will notice after 4 to 6 months that the mice are gone.
